reorganizations, and regularly takes part in large-scale transactions dealing with the purchase and sale of businesses, partnerships, as well as venture capital financing.<\/p>\n<p>She counsels a variety of companies in each stage of their development, be it on their corporate structure, operations, transactions or their corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p>Me Masson represents businesses in diverse sectors and is called upon to negotiate and draft an array of business agreements.
