As part of this mandate, Gascon prepared and negotiated the offer to purchase, advised the buyer and completed the due diligence. This transaction follows an earlier acquisition closed in June 2019 by Vantage Data Centers in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville which was also led by Gascon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vantage Data Centers, based in Santa Clara, California, acquired Canadian-based 4Degr\u00e9s Colocation in December 2018 and operates some of the world\u2019s most flexible and scalable data centers, with campuses in Silicon Valley, Ashburn, Phoenix, Quincy, Washington, Montr\u00e9al and Qu\u00e9bec.
