RioCan is one of Canada\u2019s largest real estate investment trusts with assets coast to coast. Harden, with a growing portfolio of commercial centers (including major centers in Vaudreuil, Laval, Brossard, Ste-Julie, amongst others), will also put its expertise in the development and management of commercial centers to the benefit of this joint venture by redeveloping these two commercial centers.
