With this new transaction, Harden purchases 50% of the commercial center known as Mega Centre Notre-Dame in Laval, which was owned by RioCan. Following this transaction, RioCan and Harden will want to redeploy this commercial center, where Harden will act as the property manager and the developer, putting its expertise to the profit of this partnership. This transaction is an acquisition for a purchase price over 34 million dollars. . It follows another transaction between the same parties, which were both represented by Gascon, when they sold their commercial center in the city of LaSalle for a purchase price of 70 million dollars. . In this new transaction for the commercial center in Laval, Gascon acting by Nicolas Beaulieu and assisted by its colleague Lucas Cesaratto Desrosiers represented Harden for the acquisition, financing as well as all agreements between Harden and its partner RioCan. . Gascon is a law firm with an extensive expertise in real estate law with many important clients in real estate.
